My friend Rudy gave me this recipe years ago and I have made it many times… and it continues to amaze people when they taste it. Light, fresh and so super easy…you don’t even need a pan-just a pretty bowl & a mint sprig. A perfect summertime dessert! The sweet brown sugar melts into the tangy sour cream for a perfect balance and the fresh berries bring their own sweet, plus fiber and antioxidants. There’s really no measurements at all–you put as much of each ingredient as you want. Just make it pretty and your guests will love it!!
- Fresh blueberries
- Fresh raspberries
- Brown Sugar
- Sour Cream
- Wash and drain the berries.
- Arrange a mixture of both in a dessert bowl.
- Place a generous dollop of sour cream on the top and sprinkle brown sugar on the sour cream. Serve immediately.
- Garnish with a mint sprig.
