What a treat to cook with Chef Walter Lambert yesterday!! Chef Walter does a daily cooking segment on WVLT in Knoxville and I had the honor of being there with him yesterday. My Cilantro Salmon w/Corn and & Black Bean Salad recipe never tasted better than in the hands of this loved East TN cook, author, true Volunteer (in every sense of the word-I met the chef at a benefit for the United Way of Sevier County) and kind man.
